Description Travel through space and time, across every land, across every culture. All aboard for the SS Infinitum! A beautiful fractal sunset falling over the ocean, and a fractal steampunk ship bathing in the suns last light before teleporting between worlds. Small spirals and fractals play in the clouds, twisting the world itself, and even the stars and waters are mixed with fractals. On this journey, there is no end; there is only forward. Bring me that horizon!Dedicated to the Apophysis master Javier Ontiveros AKA, Batoruco; AKA, The Crazy Old Man (February 14, 1952 July 31st, 2009) who designed the original version of this fractal ship in Xenodreams, and who taught me almost everything I know about fractals.
Jaya Prime, Black Rock City Member Since December 2016 Artist Statement Beautiful and amazing fractal designs, abstracts, and Mandelbrots from award-winning and acclaimed fractal artist San Jaya Prime. Stars, spirals, magic, nebulae, mandalas, robots, masks, feathers, flowers, wonder.
Jaya’s fractal art came to fame for his Daft Punk “Tron: Legacy” remix album art (Disney, Indaba), as well as his award-winning Chaos Clock fractal, which appears on multiple book covers, in video games, and in music videos. Many more know his large-scale fractal murals, such as at ACCOR’s SO Sofitel Hua Hin resort in Thailand, where the Heart of the Rose fractal mural fills out the centerpiece corridor of the resort. There are other worlds than these.
I make worlds. I design art and fractals along specific themes, worlds that pull in the eye and leave the mind asking questions — those are the worlds I create; where mystery and the enigma hold power, where symbols define the lines that the colors follow. Ex nihilo, ad infinitum.
I walk in dreams and dream waking. Who am I? ~San Jaya Prime
