Description The works are based upon models that represent in fact the image of large-scale installations in which there is also a human presence, but at a very small scale, this person being dominated by the dcor, suggesting the idea that humanity is dominated by the image and that the image is even more overwhelming than life itself. At the same time, the dcor of these installation models will serve as a metaphor of the way in which we are manipulated by the current society.The photograph Abyss refers to the techniques of manipulation through confusion. This technique relies on the gradual introduction within the conversation of a confusing element which leads to an inhibition, a frustration, leaving the listener susceptible to any outside suggestion. This works multitude of dots create a strong sense of confusion; the objects are no longer sharp, the fade, camouflaging themselves in the background, and the man also becomes lost in this sea of dots, the room becoming an infinite space. The human mind freezes up in a desperate attempt to find a solution, this eventually willing to hang on to any object or idea that can bring him to the surface.
