Artist Statement An Emmy award-winning journalist, and author, Andrea Berry is a also an award-winning special events and portrait photographer. She has worked as an on-air host, writer/reporter and producer at commercial and public radio and television stations in Phoenix, New York, Dallas, and Atlanta.

Andrea's professional work has been recognized with awards from several organizations, including the Southeastern Chapter of the National Academy of Arts and Sciences, the National Black Programming Consortium, the Georgia School Boards Association, and the Texas Medical Association.

A native New Yorker, Andrea graduated from Manhattan's High School of Performing Arts and earned a Bachelor’s degree from Sarah Lawrence College in Bronxville, New York.
