Description A friend saw some of my paintings and told me about a time that he was on a mission trip in a foreign country. One night, while sleeping in a poorly structured shack, he awoke during a fierce thunderstorm. He told me that he saw the silhouette of Jesus standing before him with His hand reaching out. I thought that this idea was a powerful one. I made some changes (I couldnt get the silhouette to look anything else but creepy.) and saved the painting for a milestone. My thirtieth painting was originally going to be called either Receive or Offering but, upon its completion, I had to change the name. What love is so great that no matter what you did, no matter what pain you caused, salvation is there for you. All you need is to take His hand.Original Painting is acrylic on 24 X 48 stretched canvas.
