Description The beautiful deep red flower here is the rose mallow, aka marsh mallow, aka hibiscus. These are native to North America and distinct from the also beautiful Chinese hibiscus. Photographed in early August at the lovely Chanticleer garden in Wayne, Pennsylvania.
