Artist Statement I started dealing with images when I was about 12 years old. I used a video camera to 'play' with journalism and an analogic camera to make experiences I didn´t know where they would take me. In the journalism college I learnt how to improve my way of look the world. Everything started to have some kind of special feeling to crop the 'life' around. But the artistic vein still needed something new, and with a small camera I started taking pictures using an intuitive way. The evolution of all this is to aggregate art to the photos. Everything started to have a trace and the photoshop became a great tool. Obviously they can´t be togheter, but my influences are the works of Henri Cartier-Bresson, David Hockney, Sebastião Salgado and Joan Miró.
