Description Strength, long life, perseverence, luck, prosperity, abundance, harmonyThe koi are a symbol of strength, perseverence, luck, prosperity, abundance, harmony and long life. In asian mythology the koi spend their life fighting up the Yangtze river. If they survive the journey, they become a dragon of good helping those that helped them. Drawn and painted in Paint shop Pro 8 from a photo of my sister in law's coi pond. This was my first attempt at digital art back in the day. It is free formed rendered and all done on the computer...with a mouse ;)
