Artist Statement First, welcome to my gallery. I am glad you visited. Please consider purchasing a piece of art from me. This is how I make my living. In return, you will bring laughter into your home. And if I'm wrong, I will refund your money. Forget the 30 days. It can be 10 years. A laughing home is a happy home. The price is economical and the value generally rises annually. Also a percentage of all my sales benefit animal, environmental and children's causes. Thank you for considering buying a Rick London piece. I feel confident you will be happy.

My early start of Londons Times Cartoons is legendary (says my dear late Mom and close friends). I launched in a tin shack in rural Mississippi with about $250, a beat up IBM 286 clone pc, a phone line, my loving dog of a thousand mixes named "Thor", a book titled "Internet For Dummies" and a lot of naivety. It was quite a struggle.

I began in my hometown at age 44 after having worked i corporate America for two decades. It was literally killing me (and almost did). 2 major heart attacks later, I had over 1000 color cartoons. I was back in college full time at Western Governors University. I was (and still am) living in my beloved Arkansas Ouichata Mountains living the life of my dreams (finally).

I love animals, nature, working with both (wildlife and the ecology);hiking with my loving wife, Lee Hiller-London who is the best wildlife/nature photographer in the world. Though I am a cartoonist (I founded Londons Times Cartoons in 1997), I consider myself more of a writer and have published about 500 magazine, webzine and newspaper articles. My website, Londons Times Cartoons now has 5000+ color cartoons and has been Google and MSN #1 ranked since 2005. We own 5 stores with over 250,000 products and take great pride in keeping quality at the top, with prices as low as possible.

My works are permanent exhibits in the Mayo Clinic Medical Library (the founder, Dr. Polly, was a cartoon fanatic, they liked mine and asked for two I did about Mayo (one is up on this site I think under miscellaneous.

One cartoon of Roy Orbison appears in his permanent library and his widow Barbara uses it as a Christmas card every year for his fans. I will post it here soon and it will be for sale as a print and poster.

During the Egyptian uprising, several of our cartoons appeared in the Jerusalem Post. Several are up in our "News" gallery and I'll have another one up soon that was on the front page on their online paper for the entire month of Feb 2011. I was very humbled and have been through this whole experience.

If you ever have any questions, complaints, etc. please do not hesitate to ask. Every single order comes with a lifetime 100% guarantee, no questions asked. Thank you for shopping with us.
