Artist Statement I am one of nine kids from a big Irish family. I work as an electrical engineer for a power company, and in my free time I have been taking Pa Kua Kung Fu, which provides me a nice balance in my life. I particularly enjoy the meditation and ChiKung aspects of the art. In recent years, I find myself more and more immersed in and fascinated by nature, and I started getting into digital photography because I had a desire to share what I was seeing with others. My friend Rob Vena told me about this site, and I thought I would check it out to try and sell some pictures and post cards, and use the profits to help send my son Kevin on a trip next summer via People to People to see England Ireland and Scotland, and see half his heritage (my wife is Korean, and he has already been to Korea for a month.
