Artist Statement I received my BFA from the Royal Academy of Art and Design in 's-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands. I worked Independently as a Ceramic Artist for over ten years in The Netherlands and participated in many exhibits and shows. My work has been purchased by private collectors. I also taught Ceramics to adults and children. I have always enjoyed the lightness and transparency of watercolors as a contrast to my Ceramics. I'm inspired by artists like Morandi, o'Keeffe and Nolde.
I had a spritual awakening experience in 1995 which changed my life dramatically. This is my first public appearance since I moved to the United States and took a break from art for a while.
