Artist Statement Hi,
My name is Rod and I am a native of North Carolina. I’ve loved photography since I was first introduced to it in middle school by a teacher. We made a camera out of an oatmeal box, placed light sensitive paper in it to capture an image… and I was hooked. I have a Commercial Art and Advertising degree with a minor in Photography. I love taking pictures of anything that catches my eye or that seems interesting. I hope you enjoy the images as much as I do taking them.
