Artist Statement I am the first Grand Prize winner in the Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest. My prize winning photo is named "Stairway To Heaven". It is a boy running up some colorful stairs in the caribbean. This started my journey in stock photography--where I have thousands of images displayed and sold all over the world.

I am also a music educator (retired) with over 36 years of teaching experience from high school thru college. Lastly, I am a professional musician with experiences such as Ray Charles, James Brown, Whitney Houston, Bobby " Blue" Bland, and a host of many more . I am heard on hundreds of Cd's as a sideman.
