Description This is the first of the Fish Abstract series of works that depict the Great Barrier Reef of Queensland, the bright fish and coral, deep blue oceans and bright sunlit skies. Worked with Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 in 2012, the original work was created in 2003 as an acrylic painting, effects include fluorescent chalks, colour spectrums with opacity changes, layers of steel effects and noise effects of colour. My artworks featured are compilation works from 1997 to 2001 that were reworked in 2011 with Adobe Photoshop to colour saturate, highlight and airbrush the images. The theme is Japanese Fantasy, comic-cartoon style. I aim to draw the viewer into the three dimensional world of vibrant colours and cool styled cartoon images.
