Artist Statement Formerly known as Jenny Cameron, born in 1983 works and lives in Worcestershire, UK. Jenny is more than a painter, she is a t-shirt, handbag and jewellery designer and manages her internet shop queenofcongo.com where it is the store front location she exhibits her creative work. Educated from United World College of S.E Asia Singapore, although she did not go to a specialist art college she started painting from a very young age, exploring different mediums, techniques and enhanced her shills from there on. At just 12 years old she decided to hold a Fashion Show involving her peers from her boarding school in Saffron Walden, Cambridgeshire to raise money for breaast cancer charity. She believes art can be about creating a pleasing image in what ever form or shape and most of her work shows luminosity, bright and contrast in colours. In most of her drawings and painting Jenny aims to give a metaphorical meaning within the image portrayed.
