Description The classic features of a Great Smoky Mountains National Park river landscape were all present at this location along the Roaring Fork Motor Trail just outside of Gatlinburg TN. I was thrilled to see the lush green foliage along this section of the river. The vibrant greens on the moss covered rocks in this location seemed to be to good to be real, and I immediately felt like I had stepped into some sort of fairy tale land when I first saw it. This image was shot while leading my recent Spring in the Smoky Mountains landscape photography workshop. Click the image to view it large! Faves and Comments are appreciated, hope you enjoy it! ;-)
