Artist Statement I am originally from Columbia Falls Montana, but am now living in Rawlins Wyoming. Hiking has been a large part of my life through the influence of my grandfather and through living so close to Glacier National Park. My younger brother is a gifted photographer and after I saw some of the amateur photographs he had taken I became interested in photography as well. I served a two year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, in Leon Mexico. This instilled a desire to travel and photograph other parts of the world. I am a Spanish teacher at Rawlins Middle School, and an amateur photographer.
