Artist Statement Jack-of-all-Trades, master of none...Poet, photographer, Digital Artist, Geek, Seeker. A smattering of left and right brain, creative and logical- the conflict can be painful or joyous.
The artist in me is the dominant side- strange, etherial, somber as well as ecstatic. The motivations are emotional and chaotic, and I wander in the dark a bit too much.
When the logical side dominates, I'm captivated by an intensity which appears bipolar to me- manic when new concepts arise but somber when a static lifestyle ensues.
Much of this is reflected in my art- the photography appears too stale and static (others would disagree!), and my outlet is poetry and what I call Digital Art: A synthesis of photography and my penchant for the muses, rapt, violent, spiritual and always expressive.
Whatever your own nature, I suspect the journey in my gallery will bear some fruit. Perhaps a few will be sour, but all will be of the forbidden kind!
