Artist Statement My art focuses on "flow" as described in the Tao Te Ching (Dao De Jing), and translated by Alan Watts as "The Watercourse Way". This view emphasizes a reconciliation of opposites (Yin-Yang). The "water flow" Gallery includes elemental combinations that have been found conducive to balanced happiness, such as Focus-Release, Reflection-Absorption, and Structure-Transcendence.

These pieces are intended for meditation, concentration, contemplation, or whatever name for refocusing: a way to relatively clear and free the mind of obsessive thoughts by substituting images of oneness extracted from nature. My life-long calling has been holistic therapy and inner/outer communications. All art proceeds go to the APAL (Alliances for Psychosocial Advancements in Living).

Selected Exhibitions, Solo and Group: San Dieguito Artists Alliance, Carlsbad-Oceanside Art League, Encinitas City Hall, San Diego Art institute, San Diego County Fair, Bonita Museum, Digital Art Guild book, and Ai California – San Diego

Most of my art education has come from observing, living, and trying things in the world at large. Many teachers, museums, galleries, and scenic places have complemented my art knowledge.
