Description With an exclusive digitally enhanced photograph of ikkyo, a technique from the revolutionary non-violent martial art of Aikido, this poster is perfect for your office, training or meditation space. The text contains a Tibetan prayer recited before each step of practice that actually asks for difficulties. The prayer goes like this: Grant that I may be given appropriate difficulties and sufferings on this journey so that my heart may be truly awakened and my practice of liberation and universal compassion may be truly fulfilled. - Prayer from Jack Kornfield's A Path with Heart, Quote from Leading People the Black Belt Way
