Description At some point in our life, we've all been struck by Cupid's Arrow. Right? Well, THIS is my rendition of that little Cherubim ALL GROWN UP and NOW he's playing for keeps. CUPID MEANS BUSINESS. I had fun doing this, as it was 'my take' on LOVE. And, after all... 'Love Hurts.'

Artist Statement I've worked as a freelance Artist for a number of years now. Everything from T-Shirt designs to "Fantasy" Family Portraits, Signs for Establishments, Tattoo designs and comic book Art/Pin-ups. My biggest hang-up is that I have had several really fantastic pieces that I have begrudingly sold because I absolutely HATED to part with them. What I love about Imagekind is the whole "BUY PRINTS" thing. I mean,... You gotta love THAT! *Grins* So,... NOW I'm looking back through SPECIAL PROJECTS of things that I kept and DID NOT part with and I'm going to put them on HERE and share them with the world. And, while you're casually strolling through my work (and I HOPE thoroughly enjoying them),... please feel free to BUY a print. IT IS for a really good cause and that would be beCAUSE I NEED THE MONEY. lol.

In 1988 I had artwork posted in an exhibit at the Georgia State Capital Building (a sketch-drawing of ragged and worn Military Jungle Boots with dog-tags draped over them).

Between 1988 and 1998 I worked as a freelance Artist Everything from T-Shirt designs to "Fantasy" Family Portraits, Signs for Establishments, Tattoo designs and comic book Art/Pin-ups.
.
I was a cartoonist for a few years for a large company's monthly newsletter and did "Safety" illustrations for Posters throughout their plants.
.
In 1998 I was Winner of the International 1998 PREVIEWS ART CONTEST.
.
I had a mini pin-up published in Harris Comic's "VAMPIRELLA: DEATH & DESTRUCTION" #1.
.
A mini pin-up published in Chaos Comic's "EVIL ERNIE: STRAIGHT TO HELL" #5.
.
I was the Artist and Writer for DEAD FLY PRODUCTIONS' "DARK REALITY" #1.
.
And I produced both the Cover Art and wrote DEAD FLY PRODUCTIONS' "GENESIS PRIME" #1.
.
I also had contributed most of the art in Comic Creations' LIMITED ASHCAN EDITION "Preview" to all their upcoming titles (back in 1995).

I was a guest at the 1995 ATLANTA COMICS AND FANTASY FAIR and at DRAGONCON from 1999 to 2001.
.
And NOW? ...I'm currently working on several projects of my own, BUT... I am ALSO seeking any work that may help gain me exposure and further my Art career.
