Artist Statement Welcome to my gallery at Imagekind. My background, like my tastes, are rather eclectic. On the one hand, I'm a photographer and a musician. On the other, an engineer, inventor and author of technical books. My artistic side balances my analytical side and I enjoy them both.

I first learned about photography in elementary school where I both took photographs and developed the film and prints in the darkroom. Interestingly, I also learned about computers and how to program them at about the same time. The rest, as they say, is history as I've been doing some form of arts and technology, either in isolation or combination, ever since.

Nowadays, I use a digital SLR and shoot significantly more than I ever have before. Not having to worry about rolls of film and smelly chemicals really sets the creativity free. Photography enables me to not only share with you my art but also some special snippets of the world through my lens.
