Description A surrealist landscape of a different world where moons touch the mountain peaks. This was created using magazine clippings, water color, and ink. This print is perfect home decor to give your home a touch of fantasy.
Lexie Pearson Member Since November 2012 Artist Statement Born to be raised in Jupiter (unfortunately not the planet), Florida. My early exploration in art was vast and raw, motivated by the pleasures of escaping the suburban doldrums. I am currently an art student in Tallahassee. I am trying give my pieces homes and become more than just a starving college art student.
My art seems to reflect repressed feelings in a surrealist/minimalist fashion. My pieces reflect happy moments but underneath there is something darker reverberating.
I work with many different media including photos, magazines, ink, paint, and water color to create these collage pieces.
