Artist Statement In 1999 I decided that I was computer illiterate. I had taken a Desktop publishing class and bombed. Not like da' bomb as in something good, either! I mean, I bombed like a nuclear disaster.
However, not long after that... the curiosity at how to design art on computer really ate at me fiercely. So I finally enrolled in an Adobe Photoshop class and went crazy. My passion to learn and create art soon owned me.
The love affair with color, shape and texture quickly consumed my life and continues to.
I have lived on the beautiful central coast of California for almost 20 years. I am grateful that it is here that I have bloomed so much as an artist and spiritual traveler.
I am in the process of creating an art gallery of my own in Cambria where I live.
