Artist Statement My name is Tamara and I live in Brooklyn, NY. I have a BFA in Illustration from Savannah College of Art & Design.

In my art, I enjoy working in ink, or ink combined with another medium. I love having ink-stained fingers! I've always loved to read, so my pieces frequently depict narratives, and sometimes even incorporate text with the images. Even my ten-year-old biology degree sometimes sneaks in there to inform my work, too. ;)
