Artist Statement Artist Kathleen Tennant's passion for running inspired her create her mixed media canvases and journals ~ mainly influenced by what she mentally creates on her daily runs through the trails of Mundy Park in scenic Coquitlam, British Columbia.
All canvases and journals have been created with a concept in mind and many utilize original photographs, acrylic paints, inks and mixed media techniques. Kathleen is constantly evolving and looking to better herself as an artist by challenging herself to create new and different works of art all the time.
Kathleen lives with her husband and two children who offer endless encouragement and support and who delight in seeing each final product as much as she does.
