Artist Statement I grew up in Northern Alabama, drawing, and crafting my whole life. At 45, I moved to Nevada and discovered photography. Then, discovered I love macro photography. My husband, Don, and I love to hike around Nevada and Northern California. Along the way, we find amazing things, from gorgeous wild flowers, to wild mustangs and burros. Still trying to get a good shot of an antelope, they're just too fast for me! I also plan to do pen & ink renditions of some of these photos some day.
