Description This was taken on the fife side of the bridge near Newport, I managed to scramble my way along the rocks which were covered in Algae and very slippery but I thought the risk was worth taking to get the shot I was looking for, I spent a total of 4 hours on the rocks waitng till I thought the sea was a calm as it could be and then went for a reflection shot, this is the result. Boat traffic put time on my day as it scattered the reflection and I had to wait a while, and I nearly didnt notice the tide creeping up the rocks and this meant i had to make a quick dash to safety as I found my route back to land being cut off. Such is the life of a photographer at times
Billy Whyte, fife Member Since April 2008 Artist Statement I love capturing the colours of the outdoors, and being outdoors, when you take a photo, its a split second captured in life, photo,s should tell there own stories without saying a word. Whether that be an emotion, an action, a season, or a colour for that matter.
Anyone outside the US who is interested in buying my work can email me with their requirements. I also supply in parts so if you wish the photo only, then I can arrange this, and whatever size you would like.
