Artist Statement Paul received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo. During his career, he has been active in producing, promoting, marketing, and selling photographic art. In the past four decades, he has placed his works into government and corporate environments throughout the nation. Clients have ranged from Turner Broadcasting to Hilton Hotel Openings; Photo/Art derivatives were created for the Beatles' first multi-media film: "The Beatles: A Way With Words." Paul has additionally created over 25,000 transparencies, as well as 150,000 digital images, for stock, resale, license, and publication. His photographic work has been utilized by broadcast, publishing and advertising industries as well the Federal Government. Under the authority of the Statue of Liberty/Ellis Island Foundation, Inc. Paul's photographic art was exclusively licensed by the Foundation as "The Official Limited Edition of the Statue of Liberty" for the Centennial Celebration in 1986. In 1989, his corporation, P.L.F.Enterprises received a G.S.A. contract to produce photographic art for the Federal Government, its buildings and embassies. Paul's official limited edition, under the auspices of the U.S. Department of the Interior, has further historical significance as its precedent of being the first ever photographic limited edition art work of our nation's symbol. His exclusive multiple image designs of the Statue of Liberty are protected world wide under U.S. copyright law through the year 2080. Paul has lived in Atlanta and Palm Beach for the past 38 years. He is currently listed in the 17th edition of "The Marquis Who's Who."
