Description This image is from the Alternate History section of Victorian Space Age: By far the grandest park of New Phoenix and the second greatest park on the Moon was Terra Park. It was located in a manmade glass covered crater seven miles southwest of the Helios district. The park itself had a diameter of three miles and unlike Helios was all under a single honeycombed structure. Terra park with its Eleven themed landscape and architecture throughout was truly an enchanting place. Shown here during a rare lunar eclipse, Terra Park is bathed in the red light of the sun.
Timothy Dooley, Capistrano Beach Member Since December 2012 Artist Statement Welcome to Artwork from the Victorian Space Age and beyond.
These galleries are dedicated to all people who enjoy looking beyond their time and place of our reality. It is my sincere hope that you will enjoy your time here. To that end, at my Victorian Space Age site there is a "Alternate History" where the stories behind these images are posted. Periodically a new article will be posted that will cover an extraordinary event that never happened (at least not yet). In addition (for a general overview) there is a Time Line page that will also be updated as stories from my Alternate History are unveiled. As you go through this site I hope you will enjoy it as much as I appreciate having this opportunity to share it with you.
