Artist Statement I was born in Florence, Italy, my cradle of inspiration. After having moved with my family to Milan for two years, we then journeyed overseas to America. After having lived in four different states, I proceeded to New York City, where I studied to earn my BFA in illustration at the School of Visual Arts. I have lived and worked in Manhattan for six years, and I can certainly say that this city has both challenged and enhanced my passions. I feel that art is a way for people to experience beauty and to translate their fantasies and dreams into something tangible.
