Artist Statement Christina FRANKEL born in St.Maarten, N.A. Raised in St Maarten/St Martin until Summer 2001, then moved to Florida. March 2011 Moved to San Diego, California (current location). Bilingual in English & French. At age of 14 got first camera & has been hooked ever since.

~ Photography is everything I am & its also everything I am not. Its my weakness, my strength, my self-confidence, & my self esteem. Its my inspiration as well as my motivation. Its my journal & my daily notes. Photography is a fraction of my past; its my present, & most certainly my future. It’s where I have been & where I plan on going. It’s all my travels, what I have seen, & what I have yet to see.
