Artist Statement I am a self-taught amateur artist from Finland.My primary job is in the field of social and health care services.

I firmly believe that art has an unique power of healing.
Every photo a person takes or keeps is also a type of self-portrait, a kind of mirror with memory reflecting back those moments and people that were special enough to be frozen in time forever. Photos taken by others can provide illuminating clues to inner life and its secrets.

Some of my photos and other digital art works were created for therapeutic purposes.
I like to encourage a free flow of imagination. Everyone is asked to look, listen and reflect with open heart or without.
