Description This buck kept a watchful eye out on his herd in Yellowstone National Park. The mule deer seemed accustomed to human onlookers, calmly grazing while I photographed them.I created the 48'x36' original art with fabric, paints, fibers, and my sewing machine! The deer was made separately and then stitched to the background. The grasses are thick layers of ribbon, fabric, and four colors of burlap.
