Artist Statement Nancy Grice has been a full-time professional artist since graduating from Massachusetts College of Art with a degree in painting. She enjoyed a long and successful career in murals and fine decorative painting, working for architects and designers in the Northeast. Now focusing on her own studio painting, Nancy has traveled to Maine, the Southwest, South Carolina, Ireland and New Zealand for inspiration and landscape material.

Nancy paints landscapes and sometimes experiments with the format, integrating the patterns of mandalas with the landscape imagery. She also paints images of Tara mandala patterns, creating works that are both contemplative and expressive. Her website is: www.nancygrice.com
