Artist Statement I am a freelance photographer who has sent the last five years traveling throughout the North American continent. Surrealism in nature and abstracts are my primary focus, but I enjoy travel and portrait photograhy as well. The effects in the photographs are from various lighting techniques and timed exosures not software magic. I never alter the structure of a photo, but utilize adjustments in tonality and color to achieve the final piece. I am on a current project to photograph the ruins of Mexico and Central America, and after a breif return to the states I will hopefully continue the journey into South America.
