Sometimes sunshine is hidden in little things. During my travels I found that the poorest people on this earth often showed the ability to smile. An ability that we in the western world sometimes seem to have lost, which makes the subjects in this gallery incredibly richer than their wallet shows. And the masters of smiles are of course the children, inventive enough to turn any situation into joy.
Many photos are shot in Tibet and Nepal, with others made in India, Peru and many other beautiful parts of the world.
