This is a series of portraits and figurative work that I have been doing for quite a while now. I love their attitudes, and the expressions evolve as I paint. I use encaustic, acrylic and oil and cold wax as my mediums, along with encaustic monotypes done on a "hotbox." Many of these pieces are sold, so I wanted to be able to have prints made for those who didn't get a chance to purchase the actual painting.
