Teenager Scott Carter combined his love of sports and sports memorabilia collecting with a passion for accelerating childhood cancer research. Sadly, Scott lost his battle against osteosarcoma in 1993 at the age of 13. The Scott Carter Foundation continues his mission of promoting childhood cancer research through fundraisers and the sharing of Scott's collection, which is currently on display at Disney's Wide World of Sports. Over the past ten years the Scott Carter Foundation has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for research and provided research training support for six pediatric oncology physician-scientists. The founder of Studio Frido, Charles Keller MD, is a past recipient of a Scott Carter fellowship in Pediatric Oncology. Studio Frido is privileged to give back to the Scott Carter Foundation by creating a limited edition sports art print series. All proceeds will benefit the Scott Carter Foundation.
