Artist Statement Presently I am a retired English professor and writer. However, my love/passion in the worldly endeavors has been painting for over 43 years now. I have an undergraduate studio art degree. Although I have experimented with all media, since retirement I have indulged myself in whatever media attracts me daily. The paintings uploaded so far illustrate that indulgence. I have many other works created this year and last as I have tried to keep my peace of mind and the beauty of our world alive in my spirit. I presently have a variety of YouTube videos on my channel, most of which are art tutorials or demonstrations.
