Description I like the visual emotional feel of Black and White photography.I live in the Pacific Northwest which is a mecca for landscape and Fine Art photographers from all over the world.Mount Rainier is one of these most sought after photographic subject of this area.Most of the times i hike there trying to find a most fotogenic spot and set up tent preparing for that moment when all the elements conspire to create that 'Decisive Moment',a sort of Shangri-La in the photographic universe.I bring you, a humble approach,to this photographic aspiration and hope that even if you were not there i managed to convey to you a sense of nature's grandeur and its humbling effect.

Artist Statement I am pursuing photography mostly in the state of Washington USA, a landscape photography Mecca for many photographers and often in Romania, where one can still find unspoiled traditional country life and plenty of opportunities for quality photojournalism.
Living in Seattle, i did my share of wedding and event photography, but my heart pulls me towards people and landscape photography.
I like to call myself a "Traditional Photographer" and i am trying to stay away from "trends" and "currents" so prevalent these days.
I believe a good image should be timeless and capture the viewer's attention.
It should also tell a compelling story.
