Artist Statement McKenzie began drawing and painting in childhood. She studied under John Howard Sanden in New York in the 70's and began painting professionally soon after.
While living in California, She bought the first end user copy of 'Painter' software and has done many painting with a digital tablet on the computer.

She works in oils, acrylics, transparent & opaque watercolor, pen and ink, prismacolor pencils, and other mediums; such as wood, metal, polymer clay & precious metal clays.
