Artist Statement I am a 29 year old Mum and enthusiastic amateur photographer. I come from an artistic family, most of us enjoying watercolour painting, myself included. However, my recent discovery of the speed in which you can capture an image and get it on paper has ignited a passion for photography I never knew I had.

The natural world and the beautiful Chiltern Hills in which I live are my inspiration. My present obsession is big bold colours. I adore shooting big bright fresh flowers, and capturing the detail in all things great and small from mighty oak trees to tiny snails.

This, my first gallery, is a selection of my favourite pieces of work. I am out and about with my camera as we speak, capturing more and more of the beauty of the world.
