Artist Statement I enjoy making abstract art. I have been producing art since I was a child. A lot of my pieces have a three-dimensional quality. First, I visualize an abstract image in my mind, then I draw a rough sketch of it on paper then I make the piece by hand or by computer. I make my art bright and colorful because the bright colors add contrast, definition and flavor to my abstract images. Some of my other abstract pieces are chaotic looking with irregular lines of different colors. I made these pieces to express the idea that reality, defined as everything that exists, is a chaotic place where events happen at random and the idea that everything is constantly changing. My art is designed to express the philosophical concepts of irrationalism, uncertainty, randomness, paradox and mystery. My art expresses the idea that reality is governed by chaotic, invisible, unpredictable, emotional and irrational forces.
