Artist Statement Karen Grant is a resident of Peoria, Arizona.  Having moved all over the United States, she has had the opportunity to study with watercolor masters in both the east and west coasts. Karen graduated from University of California Davis with a Bachelor of Arts and from there went on to study at the Fiberworks Center for Textile Arts in Berkeley, California.

Karen is skilled in many different mediums and art forms to include fiber arts, pottery, ink, watercolor and oils.  A lifelong student of the arts, Karen enjoys, and has continued to enjoy sharing her passion in the arts teaching young artists in the classroom and sharing her art with her local community (wherever she has resided).

karen's uplifting and energetic expression on canvas mirrors the joy she finds in each day.
