Artist Statement I am a computer programmer by vocation but learned to paint in 1990 after watching Bob Ross on PBS. I started at the Met Museum of Art as a programmer at the same time. They have employee art shows, so my paintings have hung in the Met.
My work is detailed or, as one fellow artist put it, realist. I paint covered Bridges, lighthouses, fishing village scenes, barns, etc. Up till now, I've given them as wedding gifts, but people have said I should start publicaly displaying selling them and items based on their images. Now is the time!
