Artist Statement Born and raised in beautiful Colorado Springs, Colorado where I am a commissioned metal artist and a proud member of the Pikes Peak Camera Club.

My passion for photography began in 2007 when I purchased my first DSLR to capture the charming memories my two children create and to photograph beautiful Colorado landscapes as I hiked. In 2009 I began taking photography classes at Bemis School of Art and have been fortunate to meet and be mentored by many successful photographers in the Colorado Springs area. Additionally I enjoy experimenting with my camera, different equipment and lighting and post production techniques in hopes to broaden my photographic horizons.

I strive to create images with vibrant, contrasting colors to create a sense of energy. I welcome any comments to help improve my work. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or comments.
