Artist Statement My life is like living on a roller coaster. I enjoy every
moment of the ups and the downs. I am usually
smiling and like the people around me to be smiling,
as well. As a photographer, it is part of my job.

I grew up in Chicago and thought I wanted a change,
so I went to school out East. When I graduated, I
realized that Chicago is my home. I am a Midwestern
girl at heart. I love to bake and express another side
of my creativity making cakes and cookies for friends
and family.

The Midwest may be my home, but I love to camp, hike
and travel. I have many outdoor adventures in my past
and have lived in France and Florence, Italy. These
experiences have translated into my life, art and
photographic images.
