Artist Statement Biography? We're selling pictures not my life. I live in rural South Central Kentucky, about 100 miles from Louisville I try to get out at least twice a week to do some photography. My scope of work is quite broad, I suppose my favorite or best work would be of birds or flowers. I enjoy capturing both sunrises & sunsets, the vividly different colors during these two times is sometimes breath taking. Also I enjoy scenic shots although they are most usually taken near or within a state or national park. I guess one might say that my work is mainly outdoors rather than indoors.
I've sold my work in the past years ago during my film days. Now since going digital there is such a freedom to experiment with so many more angles, as with before unless you owned Kodak, one was limited to at most 2-3 images with film.
