Artist Statement Jonathan Bailey is an active artist, student of theology, and an avid reader based in Columbia, SC. His painting is influenced by his time as an artist and pastor in New Orleans. The vibrancy of New Orleans Jazz Art is an important element of his style.
“I hope to continue growing and pushing the limits with the quality and creativity of my pieces. I draw inspiration from my favorite artist, Vincent van Gogh, and my time in New Orleans.
