Artist Statement Miss Kato T. grew up in a small town in suburbia, New Jersey. Unable to really connect with anyone in her square-mile living facility, she turned to art. Her art career began in the 6th grade when art became an outlet for her to express herself while sick. Years later, she discovered her love for animation and made the choice to pursue animation and a career along with illustration.
She is currently attending the Savannah College of Art & Design to further her knowledge of art. In her spare time, she continues to create new concepts for characters, short stories, and longer stories which she hopes to someday publish.
